Charles Henson is Owner of Nashville Computer, the premier Cyber Security & IT Services firm in Nashville TN. 
He was cast in the Amazon Prime movie titled Cybercrime. He is an International Best-Selling Author of MSSP Playbook and an International Award-winning speaker who is often featured in Industry publications as the unofficial spokesman when an Industry Leader is needed for the story and has graced the cover of ChannelPro Magazine. An in demand speaker, he’s appeared at business and IT venues around the country and on stages across the US, in Dubai and Canada.

John The Person Outside Of IT

John has a girlfriend named Julian and 3 great kids. They also have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

When asked his favorite thing about working at Nashville Computer he answered: I love that at NCI I am able to help people and constantly learn new things.

In his free time, John enjoys reading, kayaking, fishing, and hiking.

Jeff entered the technology arena in 1992. Experience includes business management and coaching, resource management, technical consulting, system administration, network engineering, product implementation, and project management. His knowledge of many industry specific platforms has helped secure his reputation as a leader in innovative thinking. He is a servant to people, personable, and thrives on high levels of communication to work closely with customers, vendors, and partners to enable their success. Industry certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer [MCSE], Cisco Certified Network Associate [CCNA], Dell Server & Storage, Fortinet NSE1-3 as well as other various products. 

He founded his first business, Southern Data Solutions, in February of 2005 and grew it to a successful multi-million dollar company which he then sold to a larger MSP in July of 2020. He also founded The Guardian Group which is an IT Consulting company that focuses on business coaching for other IT firms and MSP’s as well as IT consulting to the SMB market. In parallel, he has another startup, Comnexiom, which is focused on outsourced facilities management solutions. He adores creating & managing relationships with vendors, customers, partners, and staff via constant communication and seeking opportunities to improve process that lead to higher productivity. He diligently works to identify new opportunities and attend meetings consisting of architecture, assessment, or solution selling. His oversight and mission as a whole is to ensure vision, morals, ethics and attitude are aligned throughout our culture to deliver the best solutions and client experience possible.

In his spare time, he is married to his soul mate, Olivia, since February of 2000 and is father to 3 children (Kasey, Alexandra, and Nicolas). He is of Christian faith and is a former Usher Team Captain and remains active as an usher for Highlands Church. He is a founder of Peach State Challengers, a Dodge Challenger group formed in 2013, that has 500+ members and growing. He created and managed Cars vs Cancer, an annual car show that benefits cancer, which has donated tens of thousands of dollars to benefactors such as Winship Cancer Institute and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Jeff loves family and is involved in charities that support the care of children such as Jesse’s House, Cops for Kids, and The Place of Forsyth just to name a few. He has served on the board of directors of charities such as Hands Across Atlanta and is always looking for new avenues of helping people. Other hobbies include playing guitar, shooting guns, cars, off roading, and traveling.
